Wai Kru Day
Wai Kru Day have been organized for long time ago. It is made to recall the teachers and display of worship upon teachers. Wai Kru Day Always celebrates on Thursday because people in Thailand believe in astrology, people consider the day Thursday with King Neptune protect them from dangers therefore the Wai Kru Day has set on Thursday. A ceremony held in a large hall. In this day, students will pay respect to thier teachers with a flower. Teachers are sitting at the front of the hall and students who are carrying a flower will walk to pray thier teacher. Teachers are crying because they love theirs students a lot and they will bless for students. Students will recieve it with humility and say thanks to the teachers.
In this day, It is a bit boring because teachers will talk to students for a long time but I always pay attention to it. I think this ceremony is very important because teachers liken students second parents. Teachers always teaching good things for students and take care thier students. I can show respect to them and be a lovely child for them.
